The chat inside of your booth is turned on by default. This check box, if checked, will disable the live chat function inside of your booth when an event is live. Once the event is no longer live and is on demand the system will override this and disable the live chat function inside of your booth. If the chat is deactivated, either by using this checkbox or by ths sytem overriding it and turning the chat off during on demand, there will be a new section titled "Ask a Question" that directs attendees to the URL or email address that you set up in the Contact Us URL for post event attendee inquiries field.
