Sessions

  • Audio for all conferences on vConferenceOnline is streamed. You will not need to dial in on a separate phone line. Please make sure your speakers are functional and turned up for optimal audio! 
  • Audio may be muted by default based on your browser. If your audio is muted please hover over the video player and unmute the sound
  • If you are expecting to have chat for your sessions and it is not showing, please refresh the page. 

Help Center

  • The Help Center is where you can go to update your profile, see the privacy policy, take any applicable quizzes or surveys that you may have missed, or access our live chat support. Live Chat support is available 30 minutes prior to the first session of the day through 30 minutes after the last session of the day. Live chat support is not available outside of those times and requests will be delivered to our ticket team for rapid response.  

                   


Engage with other attendees and/or the speakers

  • Reach out to other attendees and/or the speakers in the chats throughout the event. This is a great way to network, share ideas, and ask questions so that you can get the most out of the event and the time that you are investing in it.

Attend the Exhibit Hall

  • The exhibitors, sponsors, and vendors all spent a lot of time and consideration working on their booths, and they would love to share some information with you. Head over to the Exhibit Hall to learn about the services and products that they offer. Some of the exhibitors, sponsors, or vendors may have live chats to answer your questions or offer raffles and giveaways!
