There are many ways to embed a video and it largely depends on where the video is being hosted. Please follow the below steps depending on where the video is hosted.

Please note that a video should not be uploaded as an item using one of these codes. This code should only be used in a section text field or welcome description if being used in a booth.

Video hosted on Youtube

  • Click "Source" in the field where you would like the video to be hosted.

  • Enter the following code with the replaceable parameters:

    • <iframe width="510" height="290" src="YoutubeEmbedURLHere" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen></iframe>

  • Important Note: Replace YoutubeEmbedURLHere with the embed URL for the video. You can find this on the Youtube video player page by clicking on "Share", clicking "embed", and then copying the URL in the  field that is provided. Make sure to keep the quotations around the URL in the code that you are entering in the field. If the incorrect URL is used this will result in an error.
